Schindler Lifts Australia is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Centre in Alexandria on a part-time basis, Friday to Monday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You will take calls, log and dispatch service requests, and keep customers informed on job progression.

The role requires at least one year in a high-volume call centre or customer service role, with solid communication and attention to detail. SAP experience is desirable.
