Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia (BMSA) is seeking a Senior Specialist People Culture & Governance (PC&G;) or HR Business Partner to join the Head Office in Sydney Olympic Park NSW. You will provide HR generalist advice, ER/IR support, and collaborate with the PC&G; team to optimise HR systems and processes.

You will coach managers, support succession planning, manage payroll/ STI reviews, and handle complex ER/IR issues while aligning with Fair Work standards.
