Blinds Anytime Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Assembler to join our team in Milperra, NSW. As a Manufacturer, you will be responsible for the efficient assembly and production of high-quality window blinds and other related products.

What you'll be doing

- Assembly and production of window blinds, curtains, and other soft furnishing products
- Operating various machinery and tools required for the manufacturing process
- Adhering to strict quality control measures to ensure product excellence
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet deadlines and targets
- Providing support in other areas of the factory as needed

What we're looking for

- Any previous experience in window and soft furnituring manufacturing or assembly role,
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently




- Familiarity with the use of hand tools and light machinery
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
