What's on Offer

- $80,000 base salary + super
- 40% uncapped commission
- Realistic first-year earnings of $100,000-$130,000+
- High performers earn $150,000+ from year two
- Existing construction desk with established clients and live vacancies

The Opportunity

You’ll join our high-performing South-East Queensland Construction team, specialising in white-collar recruitment across commercial, residential and civil construction.

You’ll recruit positions including:

- Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Site Managers, Supervisors, Foreman & Estimators, Project Engineers, Safety Advisors and Senior Management positions.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:





- Manage the full recruitment process from job brief through to placement
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Opportunity to grow within the sector
