Our client is expanding a highly successful Advisory & Transactions practice and is seeking an experienced Director or Executive Director to help establish and grow capability across Queensland and Victoria.

The team advises governments, investors, developers, major landowners and corporate occupiers on some of Australia's most complex development, infrastructure and precinct opportunities.

Projects typically involve bringing together government land holdings, private sector capital, end users and delivery partners to unlock large-scale investment and development outcomes.

This is not traditional project management.

This is strategic advisory at the front end of major projects.

You may currently sit within a Big 4 Advisory team, a specialist infrastructure advisory firm, a global property consultancy, or a dedicated Places & Precincts practice.

Most importantly, you understand how to identify opportunities, build investment cases, engage stakeholders, structure transactions and help bring major projects to life.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of commercial acumen, stakeholder management capability, business development skills and a strong network across government, property, infrastructure or institutional investment markets.
