What you'll be doing

As a Security Representative supporting the F-35 and TADRS programs, you'll work closely with program teams to help ensure security is embedded throughout program delivery. You'll provide security guidance, support day-to-day security activities, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to help deliver secure program outcomes.

Support the delivery of security outcomes across the F-35 and TADRS programs by working closely with program teams and stakeholders.

Develop, administer, and audit security activities to support compliance with Defence and industry requirements, including the protection of classified information, export-controlled data, and proprietary information.

Provide practical security guidance and assist stakeholders in applying security requirements to achieve business and program objectives.

Support the implementation of risk-based security practices across the business.

Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote strong security outcomes.

Participate in customer meetings and support new business activities where required.

Assist in developing practical solutions to security challenges.

Support personnel security activities, including security vetting requests, clearance transfers, clearance acceptance, updates, and maintaining security records in accordance with Australian Government requirements.

About you

You're passionate about security and enjoy working collaboratively to support successful program outcomes. You bring a proactive approach, build positive relationships with stakeholders, and are keen to continue developing your career in Program Security.





To be considered for this role you will need to have:

- Around 2–4 years' experience in Defence or Defence Industry Security.
- Experience working within the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP).
- Sound knowledge of the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF).
- Completion of Defence Security Agency (DSA) Security Officer training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across program teams and stakeholders.
- A positive, proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Sound judgement and a practical approach to applying security requirements while supporting business and program objectives.
- A commitment to continuous learning and delivering high-quality security outcomes.

Special Requirements:
