Due to our growth, we are seeking an eager and passionate Construction Cadet to join our Cadet Program.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Attending the Site to learn and assist
- Communicating and negotiating with trades and suppliers
- Picking up on and actioning issues before, when and after they arise
- Regular Reporting and maintenance of records
- Preparation of works orders and purchase orders
- Preparation of Subcontracts
- Taking minutes in meetings and following up on action items
- Ensure all work conforms to legislative and contractual OH&S; requirements
- Working closely with supervisors and team
- Administration as required and updating spreadsheets

What We're Looking For:

- Trade background and working towards a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, or a related field.
- Previous site-based construction experience, preferably in high-rise mixed-use residential projects
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with diverse stakeholders
