About the Role

As a Security Guard, you'll play an important role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for patrons, staff and visitors across licensed venues throughout the Central Coast.

You'll be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, responding professionally to incidents, and working closely with venue management to ensure a protected and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a professional and visible security presence
- Conduct regular patrols of the venue




- Monitor patron behaviour and identify potential risks
- De-escalate conflict using effective communication techniques
- Assist patrons and staff when required
- Enforce venue policies and licensing requirements
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Liaise with venue management and emergency services when requiredComplete electronic incident reports and relevant documentation

About You

You’ll be someone who is professional, reliable and enjoys working with people. You remain calm under pressure, communicate confidently and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe environment.

Essential Requirements

- Current NSW Class 1A Security Licence
- Current RSA Competency Card
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Reliable mobile phone with internet access
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Reliable transport
