The Role
Working within a collaborative payroll function, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll while providing outstanding support to employees across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end payroll processing
Managing payroll queries and providing exceptional customer service
Processing recent starters, terminations and employee changes
Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation
Payroll reconciliations and reporting
Ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company policies
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll team
About You
You’ll bring:
Previous experience as a Payroll Officer
Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Experience with large ERP or payroll systems will be highly regarded
