What we’re looking for
- A warm, sociable personality and genuine passion for hospitality
- Fluent English communication skills
- Minimum 2 years’ equivalent full-time experience as a barista in a fast-paced, high-volume café (10–15kg+ daily)
- Strong knowledge of grind adjustment and general machine maintenance
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to perform under pressure during busy rushesProfessional presentation and grooming suited to a corporate café environment
- Full and correct working rights in Australia
- Available to start at 6am and flexible for shifts finishing at 5pm
