In 2026, Aegros will complete construction and validation of its HaemaFrac® production facility in Macquarie Park, Australia. This milestone will mark the beginning of a new era for plasma manufacturing, setting a benchmark for innovation, efficiency, and patient impact.

We are currently looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Associate that can take the lead on Quality Assurance whilst supported by the Head of Quality.
Operating within a Start-Up environment. The right person will have the opportunity to be involved in many areas of Quality from helping shape and frame systems to mentoring and guiding others. Supported by a small but team-oriented team you will be a specialist in GMP quality regulations and preferably have worked in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Food Manufacturing or something similar.
Document management of the Pharmaceutical Quality System and ensure compliance with PIC/S,
and other regulatory and industry requirements are core to the role along with assisting educate and guide the business in good quality standards. Other areas you will be involved in are:
- Preparing and reviewing controlled documents and process related documentation including co‑ordination with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)
- Managing Change Controls (CCRs), Events, CAPA and deviations/non‑conformance.
- Developing and implementing Systems and Structures to the workflows
- Evolving the team and business around Quality Assurance
As the business is in a growth stage, you will be expected to develop, design & deploy new GxP processes/procedures/SOPs from inception.
With Aegros preparing for its TGA Audit, you will be required to participate in the Audit and preparation, that will showcase your strong quality mindset.
