We are currently seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant (25 hours p/week) to join our friendly and professional team, you will support the Finance Manager with the day-to-day financial administration of the business. You will help ensure invoices, payment runs, bank reconciliations and related financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.

This role requires robust attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate confidently with internal team members, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Bank reconciliations
- Corporate credit card reconciliations and reimbursements
- Financial data entry, record keeping and reporting
- Assist with accounts receivable and debt recovery
- Process supplier and customer credit applications
- Managing the accounts mailboxes
- General administration duties and support as required
ABOUT YOU
- 1-2 years experience in an accounts or similar finance support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Xero or a similar accounting system is preferred
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment
- High level of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information
