This is a field-based role where you'll take ownership of an established customer portfolio across NSW & ACT while identifying opportunities to grow market share and win new project work. You'll work closely with mechanical contractors, consultants and key stakeholders to provide technical solutions and build long‑term partnerships.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of key accounts;
- Develop solid relationships with mechanical contractors and consultants;
- Identify and secure new project opportunities;
- Work closely with internal technical and project teams; and
- Represent the business across customer meetings and industry events.

What we're looking for
- Experience in account management or business development;
- Background within HVAC, mechanical services or a related industry;
- Strong commercial and relationship-building skills;
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects; and
- Current Australian driver's licence.
