Super Retail Group is seeking a Wellbeing & Injury Management Coordinator to support injury management and wellbeing across the business on a 12 Month Parental Leave contract. The role is part time (22.8 hours) with flexible hours and a hybrid arrangement, including 2-3 days onsite at Strathpine.
You will partner with leaders, HR and safety teams to guide recovery, coordinate return-to-work processes, develop wellbeing initiatives, and ensure compliant data and reporting.
