Chef de Partie | Premium South Western Club

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and skilled Chef de Partie to join our agile kitchen team. Located in the heart of Sydney's South West at Panania, our club boasts multiple busy dining outlets, including a busy contemporary bistro and thriving function spaces.

This role is perfect for a strong Demi Chef looking to step up, or an established Chef de Partie seeking stability, career progression and an excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

- Section Management: Run and maintain a designated kitchen section (e.g. larder, grill or pans)



under the guidance of the Sous Chef.
- Food Preparation: Ensure all prep work (mise en place) is completed to the highest standards before service.
- Quality Control: Deliver consistently high-quality, beautifully presented dishes during high-volume service periods.
- Team Collaboration: Support the Apprentices while seamlessly communicating with front-of-house staff.
- Food Safety: Maintain strict compliance with food hygiene, health and safety regulations (HACCP), and kitchen cleanliness.

What You Bring

Qualifications: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent).

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment (clubs, hotels, or large restaurants are highly regarded).

Skills: Strong knife skills, a solid understanding of cooking techniques, the ability to work under pressure.

Attitude: A reliable team player with a positive mindset, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills.

Availability: Full flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, public holidays.

Rights: Full working rights within Australia. Sponsorship may be available for suitable candidate.
