Rainbow Families is seeking a qualified Antenatal Education Facilitator in Sydney to deliver Transition to Parenthood and Newborn Care education for LGBTQ+ families. The role combines in-person classes with online delivery, ensuring content is evidence-based and culturally affirming.

The facilitator collaborates with the Executive Officer to maintain high-quality programming. Casual, hybrid work in Sydney with four half-day sessions annually, supported by preparation time.
