About The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential metal re-roof projects. Your role will encompass the entire project lifecycle, from site measures to final close-out. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct site measures, prepare accurate take-offs, and deliver costings within targets.
- Manage material procurement and scheduling to support efficient project delivery.
- Coordinate material deliveries and resolve supply issues before delays occur.
- Oversee project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate roof reports, project records, and ERP system updates daily.
- Track project progress closely and ensure timely completion and close-out activities.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Residential metal roofing experience, able to complete site measures independently.
- Insurance repair experience highly regarded, adding value to project expertise.
- Strong understanding of margin protection and its role in successful project delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills with homeowners, tradespeople, and stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for project outcomes and results.
