Due to continued growth and market demand we are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join our team in Sydney.

The Role

At Clover, our partnerships are a two‑way street: we deliver on our promises, and we help our customers deliver on theirs. As a Client Services Officer, you will work alongside our client services team to support customers with the supply of products for their water and civil infrastructure projects.

Based in our Sydney office and supporting the NSW and ACT territories, you will build strong and enduring relationships with our customers, including civil construction companies, utilities, local government agencies and other asset owners.

Key responsibilities include:

- Responding to customer enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and processing sales orders
- Coordinating product deliveries and keeping customers informed on order progress and timelines
- Providing exceptional service, backed by product knowledge, pricing guidance and technical support (full product training provided)




- Meeting customer deadlines and consistently exceeding service expectations
- Managing your workload effectively, showing initiative, and taking ownership of customer outcomes

Our Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in a customer service or internal sales role, ideally within a product‑based or distribution environment
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and prioritising customer satisfaction
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solutions‑focused mindset
- The ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and think on your feet to resolve challenges
- A proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- A proactive, consultative approach to identifying and meeting client needs
- Familiarity with the water, civil, plumbing or irrigation industries is advantageous but not essential, as full product training is provided
