Registered Nurses – Scrub/Scout Cardiothoracic

Permanent Full Time or Part Time opportunities available!
We’re currently seeking experienced and confident Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse’s to join our fast-paced and dynamic perioperative unit at St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside. This is a fantastic opportunity to support advanced cardiac procedures in a modern and state-of-the‑art theatre environment. You will work closely with leading Queensland Specialists bringing your expertise, commitment to patient‑centred care and advanced clinical knowledge to support lifesaving cardiothoracic procedures.
Qualifications
- AHPRA registered as a Registered Nurse
- A minimum of two years’ experience as a Scrub/Scout RN working in a Cardiothoracic setting is essential
- Current ALS certification
- Ability to work on a permanent full time or part time (32 hours per week) basis with flexibility to be rostered over a variety of shifts

Located at Chermside, St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside has over 1,000 dedicated and skilled staff who treat nearly 35,000 people a year, delivering secure and high-quality care to all our patients. Our hospital has 227 beds, 9 operating theatres, 2 cardiac catheter laboratories, a 17-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Day Oncology Unit, Breast Health Centre, Endoscopy Unit, Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit and a 24‑hour private emergency centre provided by Brisbane Northside Emergency.
