We are a leading produce wholesaler and importer based at the Brisbane Markets, developing a new model of produce supply that brings quality, consistency, and innovation to our customers and their shoppers. As ourPrepack Production Manager, you will play a key role in leading the day‑to‑day prepack operation while helping shape the future of our fresh produce offer.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, hands‑on Manager who takes pride in leading people, improving processes, and delivering exceptional product outcomes. You will oversee a growing prepack operation, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and help build a high‑performing team focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing

Lead, support, and motivate a small team with confidence,



accountability, and care.

Manage daily prepack operations to ensure product quality, workflow efficiency, and reliable delivery outcomes.

Work closely with customers, suppliers, vendors, the buying team, and senior management to deliver practical, customer‑focused solutions.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, product presentation, and operational performance.

Take a hands‑on approach when needed to keep work moving, resolve issues, and support the team.

Contribute to the growth of a business that places quality, service, and customer satisfaction at its core.

What you will bring

We are looking for a practical, can‑do leader who brings energy, ownership, and a strong focus on continuous improvement. To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in production management within high‑output environments.

Process‑Driven — A Lean/Agile operator who builds SOPs that stick.

Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating a small team.

A strong understanding of quality, workflow, stock movement, and operational priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Knowledge of HACCP, food safety compliance, and supply chain best practice is highly regarded.





Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across customers, suppliers, peers, and team members.

A KPI‑focused mindset, balanced with a genuine commitment to product quality and service standards.

Australian citizenship, as required for this position.
