Paringa Pet Foods are currently seeking experienced Meat Processing Workers / Batching Operatorto join our business on a Casual full-time basis (with availability to go permanent for the right candidate), located at our facility in Penrith, Sydney.

As a Batching Operator, you will play a key role in our production process by accurately weighing, measuring, and mixing raw materials according to production specifications. This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in producing high-quality products.

About you:

- Available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 6am to 6pm
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, batching, or production (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to accurately follow recipes, formulations, and production instructions




- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable handling raw meat and animal by-products
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling and lifting
- Ability to operate batching and mixing equipment safely and efficiently, or a willingness to learn
- Understanding of food safety, HACCP, and GMP principles (preferred)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
