About the Role We are a welcoming private general practice seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our collaborative and family-oriented team. This casual role suits a caring clinician with current Australian health practitioner registration, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, and practical experience in primary care.

Key Responsibilities

- You will support patient care, clinical procedures, chronic disease management, and health promotion in a relaxed but innovative practice that values growth and inclusivity.
- Provide high-quality nursing care across general practice settings, including wound care, immunisations, and clinical assessments. Support chronic disease management plans, medication reviews, and patient education for long-term conditions.
- Assist GPs with minor procedures and screening programs while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and follow-up. Deliver preventive health advice, promote healthy lifestyles, and engage in patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations. Contribute to triage, reception support during busy periods, and ensure efficient patient flow within the clinic.
- Participate in quality improvement activities, infection control processes, and practice meetings to enhance service delivery.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from graduate nurses through to experienced clinicians. Ideal candidates will have:

- Current Australian registration as a Registered Nurse.
- A Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent qualification and 1–10 years’ experience across general practice or related settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Competence in clinical procedures common to primary care and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
