We are seeking an experienced Senior Order Management Specialist for our Seven Hills (NSW) office to take ownership of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring seamless order execution, project coordination, financial control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle. Tasks include but are not limited to:

Process and manage sales orders, purchase orders, and project transactions in SAP

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, factories, and internal stakeholders

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, pricing agreements, payment milestones, and warranty requirements

Support revenue tracking, forecasting, cost monitoring, margin analysis, and financial reporting





Maintain accurate records and act as the primary operational contact for assigned customers and projects

About You

Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Logistics or a related discipline; minimum 3 years experience in Order Management, Project Administration, Project Controlling, Internal Sales or a similar role; strong SAP ERP experience including SAP SD and MM modules; excellent Excel, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Experience within manufacturing, engineering, mining, energy or industrial sectors is highly regarded.
