About the role

Spectrum Healthcare is a multidisciplinary allied health clinic in North Ryde offering physiotherapy, chiropractic and exercise physiology. Most clinics in the area offer the same three services. We do too, but we have also invested in clinical technology that most Sydney practices don't have: BTL Spinal Decompression, the NEUBIE neuromuscular re-education device, Focused Shockwave, an AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, Game Ready cryotherapy and compression, and Clinical Reformer Pilates. You will be treating patients who have often already tried the standard approach elsewhere and plateaued, with tools that let you do something different for them.

We are looking for an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist, and the role can work one of two ways:

- Full time, including a 4-hour shift every second Saturday
- Part time, three days a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday

The role has two parts

Clinical hours. A musculoskeletal caseload across private, WorkCover, DVA and NDIS patients. You will assess, treat and rehabilitate, with full access to the clinic's technology suite and support from our chiropractic and exercise physiology team.

Practice progression.



Paid non-clinical time each week for activities that grow you and the clinic: case reviews, career development, patient education content, community and referrer relationships, and service development. This is structured time with agreed outcomes, not admin overflow.

What we need from you

- AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist, with professional indemnity insurance
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years' clinical experience. This role is not suited to new graduates: you will be managing a complex MSK caseload from day one
- Strong musculoskeletal assessment and treatment skills
- Dry needling certification and confident, regular use in practice
- Genuine strength in exercise rehabilitation: you can build and progress a program, not just prescribe a sheet of exercises
