As the business continues to invest in growth, innovation, and operational excellence, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of a large-scale manufacturing and distribution operation.

This is far more than a production-focused leadership role.

As the Site Manager, you will operate as the leader of the entire site, with responsibility for its overall performance, profitability, people, culture, and strategic direction. You'll oversee all operational functions, including manufacturing, production, warehousing, maintenance, logistics, safety, quality, customer delivery, and financial performance, ensuring the site continues to perform at the highest level.

With full accountability for the site's P&L;, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering sustainable results across every aspect of the operation.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading the entire site operation with full accountability for business performance
- Owning and managing the site's P&L;, budgets, forecasting, and financial outcomes
- Driving profitability, productivity, efficiency, and cost management initiatives
- Leading all operational functions including manufacturing, production, warehousing, maintenance, logistics, quality, and safety
- Developing and executing site-wide strategic plans aligned with broader business objectives




- Building and leading high-performing leadership teams across multiple departments
- Driving a strong safety-first culture and ensuring compliance across the site
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance and profitability
- Managing key stakeholder relationships across customers, suppliers, and executive leadership
- Ensuring customer expectations are consistently met through operational excellence and service delivery
- Championing a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience leading large-scale FMCG, manufacturing, food processing, packaging, or industrial operations
- Demonstrated experience managing full-site P&L; and commercial performance
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance operational excellence and financial outcomes
- Exceptional leadership capability with experience leading leaders and large workforces
- A track record of driving operational improvements, business growth, and cultural transformation
- Experience managing complex, multi-functional operations with competing priorities
- Solid strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for safety, quality, people development, and business performance
