TRT Australia is looking for a customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Brisbane team. This is a varied role combining parts interpretation, customer service, sales administration and hands-on warehouse support.

About the role

You will be responsible for identifying and supplying the correct parts for our internal and external customers while delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer parts enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Interpreting parts requirements accurately and efficiently
- Preparing quotes and processing sales orders
- Developing strong product knowledge across the machinery and equipment supported by TRT
- Completing sales, purchasing and stock-control transactions in Pronto ERP
- Ordering and expediting parts
- Assisting with goods receiving and dispatch
- Picking, packing and relocating stock when required




- Supporting general office and warehouse administration
- Participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contributing to TRT’s commitment to Zero Harm

About you

To succeed in this position, you will ideally have:

- Previous parts interpreting experience
- Experience with heavy machinery, transport, automotive or equipment parts
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A systematic and highly organised approach
- The ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience using ERP or inventory management software
- Competence with Microsoft Office applications
- The confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- A current driver’s licence
- Australian working rights

Experience using Pronto ERP would be advantageous, although training can be provided.
