We are seeking a capable and customer-focused Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our busy day-time office team. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys helping customers, working accurately and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.

About the role

You will be an important point of contact for our customers and will work closely with our sales, purchasing, warehouse, delivery and accounts teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries by telephone and email

- Accurately entering and processing customer orders

- Resolving delivery, product, pricing and account enquiries

- Maintaining customer accounts, records and pricing information





- Processing payments and assisting with account reconciliations

- Following up overdue accounts in a professional and customer-focused manner

- Supporting invoice processing, credits and stock adjustments

- Liaising with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly

- Performing general administration, data entry and record-keeping duties

- Providing broader support to the office team as required

About you

We are looking for someone who:

- Genuinely enjoys helping customers and building strong relationships

- Communicates confidently and professionally by telephone and email

- Remains calm, positive and solutions-focused when resolving problems

- Has strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities

- Is comfortable working with computer systems and learning new software

- Takes ownership of tasks and follows issues through to completion

- Works well both independently and as part of a team

- Has a reliable, positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Previous experience in customer service, administration, accounts receivable, order processing, wholesale distribution or a similar environment will be highly regarded. However, attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.
