We're currently expanding our high-performing sales team and are seeking motivated professionals with experience in wine, whisky, spirits, liquor, hospitality or premium direct-to-consumer sales environments.

The Role

- Conduct outbound wine & spirits sales calls to engaged customers
- Build rapport and drive repeat business and referrals
- Provide exceptional customer service, including some inbound support
- Work with an evolving portfolio of premium wines, whiskies and spirits




- Track performance and meet achievable KPIs
- Contribute to a supportive, high-performance sales culture

What We're Looking For

- Experience in outbound sales (ideally 2+ years in wine, liquor, spirits, hospitality or FMCG sales)
- Wine, whisky or premium spirits knowledge highly regarded
- WSET, whisky/spirit certifications or equivalent product knowledge advantageous
- RSA required
- Mandarin and/or Chinese language skills highly regarded
- Excellent communication, resilience and time management skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week (full time opportunities available)
- Hybrid availability – North Sydney office days combined with remote work options
