About the Role
This is a wide-ranging administration role where no two days are the same. You'll support a range of functions including onboarding, compliance, fleet administration and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding employees and subcontractors into client systems
- Upload and maintain licences, tickets, inductions and compliance documentation
- Upload and maintain plant and equipment records
- Assist with vehicle registrations and transfers
- Maintain fuel card and toll tag records
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Monitor shared email inboxes and distribute enquiries
- Data entry and document management
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Provide administrative support to the wider team as required
