What you'll be doing
Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Providing companionship, social engagement and emotional support to enhance the wellbeing of our clients
Facilitating access to community activities and participation in hobbies and interests
Advocating for client needs and collaborating with the wider care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality support
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with company policies and procedures
What we’re looking for
A genuine passion for working with older adults and people with disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients
Demonstrated experience in providing person-centred care and support
Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and industry best practices
A commitment to upholding the rights, dignity and independence of our clients
A relevant qualification in aged care, disability support,
or a similar field is highly desirable
