Key Responsibilities
- Support the pharmacists in the dispensing of prescription and S3 medicines;
- Generate dispensary orders in consultation with the pharmacist;
- Deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently processing sales;
- Oversee stock control and inventory management processes;
- Ensure compliance with invoicing, ordering, and stockfile integrity procedures;
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve store goals;
- Manage expectations of our valuable customers.
Skills and Experience
- Previous pharmacy experience is essential;
- S2/S3 or Certificate III in Community Pharmacy is highly regarded;
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Highly organised with solid attention to detail.
