In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and crafting breakfast and lunch items using high-quality produce and local ingredients

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and cooking a variety of delicious breakfast & lunch menu items to our high standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
- Collaborating with the wider team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a chef, cook, or in a similar food preparation role, ideally within the hospitality industry
- Full-time position.




- Excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality food
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices
- Qualifications in commercial cookery or relevant culinary training would be highly regarded
