We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Officer to join our growing team at in Acacia Ridge, QLD. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting processes and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. It is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, who enjoys the responsibility of working in a busy workplace.

This position requires 24-30 hours per week.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for Accounts Receivables, and collections from major Retailers in Australia ensuring timely collection

Payroll, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and timeliness

HR Admin support for employee life-cycle including onboarding and offboarding

Maintaining accurate financial records, including journaling, accounts receivable accounts payable if required

Reconciling bank statements and customer accounts





Managing account enquiries from suppliers, customersand consumers

Collaborating with other teams in the business to resolve discrepancies

Providing general administrative support, such as data entry, filing and answering customer inquiries

Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Key attributes

Previous experience in Accounts or Administration Officer, ideally within the accounting or Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry

Minimum 2-3 years of accounts/administration experience required

Pronto ERP experience would be an advantage

Australian work rights required at time of application
