The Network IT Recruitment are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to lead the planning and delivery of complex software releases across Agile engineering teams. This is a hands‑on delivery leadership role where you’ll work closely with architects, developers, testers and product owners to drive successful technical outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead technical delivery across Agile software development teams
- Manage Azure DevOps backlogs, Epics, Features and User Stories
- Coordinate Program Increment (PI) planning and release delivery
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release management and operational readiness
- Manage technical risks, dependencies and resource planning
- Engage technical and business stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes
We’re looking for experience with:
- Technical Delivery, Engineering Management or Technical Program Management
- Azure DevOps (Boards, Pipelines, Repos)
- SAFe, Scrum or Kanban Agile delivery
- CI/CD and modern software engineering practices
- Cloud and enterprise application delivery
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Key Requirements:
- Federal Government experience (delivery within major complex national programs preferred)
- Program or Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile, SAFe)
- NV1 Security Clearance
Canberra (Onsite for first minimum 3-6 months then hybrid)
NV1 preferred
12-month contract with extension options
