Multicultural Australia is seeking a SETS Case Coordinator to support clients from migrant, refugee and humanitarian backgrounds in Ipswich, including Inala and Redbank Plains. This Level 4, max-term contract runs up to six months within the SETS Program.
You will deliver culturally responsive case management, intake, planning, referrals and advocacy to help clients settle successfully and build independence, coordinating with internal teams and community partners.
