Infrastructure Engineer(Onsite)

We are looking for anexperiencedField Services Engineerto provide onsite supportforcritical infrastructure in an Operational Technology environment.

In this role,you’llsupporttheAdvanced Distribution Management System (ADMS)platform, helpmaintainsecure and reliable operations and work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. This is a permanent, full-time onsite role suited to someone who thrives in hands-on infrastructure support and mission-critical environments.

KeyResponsibilities:

- ProvideL2supportfor ADMS infrastructure and user-facing applications
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues tomaintainavailability
- Investigate and resolve technical incidents, servicerequestsand control system issues
- Maintain system documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
- Perform system maintenance includingpatching,environmentupkeepplushardware support
- Support change,incidentand problem management processes in line with ITIL practices
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver stable,efficientand secure system operations
- Provide dedicated onsite support for critical systems and end users

What Will Make You Successful:

- Over3years’technicalexperience inanITenvironment




- Strong experience supporting ADMS and critical OT infrastructure in a secure, high-availability setting
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drivetimelyresolution
- Solid knowledge of Windows, virtualisation,storageand patching
- Understanding of ITIL processes including incident, problem,changeand configuration management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams
- Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and internal teams to support continuous improvement and system reliability
- Willingness toparticipatein an on-call roster and support critical systems outsideof standard business hours
