About the Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable Concrete Labourer to join a skilled civil infrastructure crew based in Nowra.
This is a hands-on role working across civil construction projects, assisting with concrete works, earthworks and general site labouring. If you're safety-focused, enjoy working outdoors and are looking for consistent weekday work, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete preparation, placement and screeding
- Support tradespeople on civil infrastructure projects
- Carry out earthworks and general labouring duties
- Prepare worksites, tools and materials
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in civil construction, concreting or labouring
- Experience in screeding concrete
- A robust work ethic and reliable attitude
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good physical fitness
- Commitment to workplace safety
Essential Requirements
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and/or drug & alcohol test if required
- Full Australian working rights
