Practice Manager - Radiology

About the Role

RRD Imaging is seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead the operations of our brand-new, purpose-built specialist imaging centre in Carseldine, Brisbane.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation at the beginning of its journey. As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the practice, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our patients, referrers, and clinicians. You will work closely with the leadership team to establish efficient systems, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the continued growth of our modern healthcare practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational management of the practice
- Lead, mentor and support the administrative team, including recruitment, rostering, training and performance management
- Develop, implement and continuously improve practice policies, systems and workflows
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience and maintain strong relationships with referrers and stakeholders
- Monitor operational performance, productivity and key practice metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Manage billing, Medicare compliance and practice administration processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare legislation, accreditation standards and organisational policies

About You

You are an experienced healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building systems, leading teams and delivering outstanding service.

To be successful in this role, you will have:





- Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Medical Administrator within a healthcare setting
- Radiology or diagnostic imaging experience (highly desirable)
- Robust leadership, coaching and people management skills
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using medical practice management software and electronic health systems (Visage desirable)
- Sound knowledge of Medicare billing, healthcare compliance and accreditation requirements
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong commitment to patient-centred care
