About the role

We are seeking talented and experienced property valuers with current certification (API) to join our experienced team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, varied property valuations to support our clients' critical business decisions.

What you'll be doing

Conducting comprehensive property analysis and market research to determine accurate property values.

Preparing detailed valuation reports in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

Collaborating with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored valuation solutions.

Staying up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and industry best practices

Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Duo Group's valuation services.

What we're looking for

A recognised property valuation qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Property, Real Estate, or a related field.

A current CPV/RPV (Registered Property Valuer) registration is required from the Australian Property Institute at the time of application.





A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience specifically in residential property valuation is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insightful recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

A demonstrated commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with industry changes and best practices
