Lead quality projects with a growing commercial roofing company

Down Under Roofing is a well-established commercial roofing company based on Brisbane's southside, delivering projects right across the Brisbane region. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Roof Plumbing Supervisor to lead our site teams and take ownership of project delivery from start to finish.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a qualified roof plumber who's ready to step up — or an experienced supervisor looking to join a company that backs its people.

About the Role

As Supervisor, you'll be the driving force on site, responsible for:

- Leading and coordinating roofing crews across commercial projects in the Brisbane region
- Planning day-to-day site activities to keep projects on programme
- Ensuring work is delivered safely and to a high standard of quality
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforcing SWMS compliance
- Liaising with builders, site managers, and our project team
- Managing materials, deliveries, and site logistics
- Mentoring apprentices and tradesmen,



and helping develop the team

About You

Essential:

- Trade-qualified Roof Plumber with solid commercial roofing experience
- Proven experience leading or supervising crews on site
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle
- White Card (or Blue Card)
- Working at Heights ticket
- Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset

Highly Regarded:

- EWP Ticket
- High Risk Work Licence (WP – Boom 11m & over)
- First Aid certificate
- Experience reading plans and coordinating with head contractors
