About the Role

The Managed Portfolio Implementation Analyst is a junior role that is responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant end-to-end implementation and ongoing operation of managed portfolios. With 1-3 years of relevant experience, you’ll contribute to tasks such as new client and model onboarding, model portfolio implementation, portfolio rebalancing, mandate and model compliance, error management, and continual process improvement. You’ll work closely with experienced team members, building on your existing foundation while developing deeper technical and operational skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute model changes and rebalances.
- Management of inflows and outflows.
- Ensure mandates are implemented within the agreed portfolio parameters.
- Onboarding of recent investment managers and investment models.

Operational Excellence & Risk Management

- Adherence to procedures and processes.
- Contribute to process improvements and platform enhancements.
- Identify,



escape and resolve issues arising from daily activities.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with the team and the Senior Manager - Managed Portfolios.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills/Experience/Knowledge

- 1-3+ years in investment operations, platform administration, or managed accounts/model portfolios.
- Strong professional capabilities, including willingness to learn, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and a passion for markets.
- Effective team contributor who demonstrates collaboration and teamwork in all aspects.
- Familiarity with wrap/platform environments (e.g. managed accounts, SMAs) is advantageous.

Qualifications

- Finance related degree.
