2nd - 4th Year Light Vehicle Apprenticeships

Here at Apprenticeship Careers Australia, we currently have an exciting opportunity for applicants looking to continue their apprenticeship in Certificate III Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology, located in Heathcote with Host Employer, Midas Care Servicing.

This role is a great opportunity for current 2nd - 4th year's to continue their apprenticeship!

Our Apprenticeship Program offers a unique blend of on-the-job training, mentorship, and classroom learning. As an apprentice/ trainee, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining practical experience and developing valuable industry skills. This program is perfect for recent graduates, career changers, and anyone eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Duties:

- Routine Vehicle Maintenance: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and other essential services on Vehicles
- Diagnostics: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Repairs: Assist in repairing engines, gearboxes, transmissions, and other vehicle systems.
- Customer Service:



Learn how to communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent service.
- Safety Practices: Understand and apply industry-standard safety protocols in the workshop

Skills and responsibilities:

- Must have completed at minimum 1st year of apprenticeship
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to follow & adhere to policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a robust work ethic and motivated to learn
- Passionate for trade & result driven
- Provisional Drivers Licence
