About the RoleAs our Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of insurance repair projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard. You will oversee multiple jobs, coordinate trades, and work closely with customers, insurers and internal teams to deliver quality outcomes. This hands-on role combines site supervision, stakeholder management and project coordination, requiring strong communication, organisation and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will ensure projects are delivered in line with KPIs, budgets and HSEQ requirements, while providing excellent customer service throughout the repair process.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate on-site trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient, high-quality project deliveryManage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining schedules, budgets and project plansSupervise insurance repair works from commencement to completion, ensuring timelines and standards are metLiaise with customers, insurers and internal teams, providing clear updates and managing expectationsMonitor site safety and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and HSEQ standardsMaintain accurate site documentation, reporting and system updates throughout the project lifecycle
About YouExperience in a Supervisor role within insurance repair environmentsRelevant qualification/ trade certificate in construction, Supervisors/ Builders License, White Card and current driver’s licenceStrong understanding of building practices, codes and safety requirementsProven ability to lead teams, manage trades and multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive, organised and team-focused with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
