Eftsure is seeking a Director of Quality Engineering to shape quality across the tech org as we move toward AI-led software development. This leadership role focuses on governance, CI/CD gates, and validating both human-written and AI-generated code, reporting to the CTO.

You will lead QA across Sydney, Cape Town and Lyon, guiding engineers from automated tests to quality analysis and AI output validation, and will define recent metrics for quality and production incidents.
