Night owl or early bird? We need a 24/7 Casual Car Park Officer for ongoing week + weekend shifts!

About the Role As a Car Park Officer at South Bank Corporation, you're the first and last point of contact for our visitors . You'll keep the precinct moving, safe, and welcoming by combining exceptional customer service with hands-on facility maintenance and access system management .

What You'll Do

Provide friendly, qualified service in person and over the phone . Assist patrons, resolve issues quickly, and assist during emergencies or first-aid situations . Maintain smooth entry/exit traffic flow .

Keep the car park clean (including operating ride-on cleaning equipment) and ensure safety signage is in place . Conduct inspections, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting on pay machines, access barriers, card readers, and cameras . Work with vendors for technical issues when needed .





Monitor CCTV systems, enforce parking rules, track overnight/long-stay vehicles, and log incidents or violations into the Incident Management System .

What We're Looking

For Active Manual Driver's License (Essential) Proven customer service and strong oral communication skills

CCTV Certificate & previous cash handling experience Ability to work autonomously and make quick decisions under pressure Basic computer skills & a solution-focused, safety-first mindset

A positive, adaptable "can-do" attitude ready for a busy environment
