Aboutthe Role

Weare currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team. Key dutieswill include:

- SupportingProject Managers with project documentation, scheduling, reporting and projectplans
- Coordinatingadministrative and financial processes including invoices,



purchase orders andexpense tracking
- Assistingwith procurement activities and supplier coordination
- Liaisingwith clients, contractors and stakeholders regarding project requirements anddeliverables
- Coordinatingproject resources, materials and equipment requirements
- Actingas a communication link between project teams, suppliers and stakeholders
- Monitoringproject progress and preparing status updates and reports
- Organisingmeetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes and tracking action items
- Supportingmultidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
- Maintainingaccurate project records and documentation in line with company procedures

Thisposition is ideally suited to a recent graduate or early-career professionallooking to gain hands‑on experience supporting the delivery of a large-scaleinternational construction project.
