JOB SCOPE
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide daily repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Attend to internal and external customer needs in relations to maintenance services.
- Provide safety check to all hotel’s tools and equipments
- Repair furniture and fittings.
- Perform electrical work.
- Perform carpentry and painting tasks
- Other ad-hoc hotel projects assigned by your Manager.
- Water Facility Maintenance and Safety
- Lift Maintenance and Safety
