We are looking for an Junior Parts Interpreter to join our modern dealership located in Caboolture which is part of theGrand Prix Auto Groupand is one of the biggest Family-Owned Automotive Groups in Brisbane. About You:

Are you passionate about cars and the automotive industry?

Do you strive to be the best you can be, while providing an exceptional level of customer service?

Do you take pride in your personal presentation and have a high level of attention to detail?

The ideal applicant will be responsible for the following:





- Answering Parts enquiries via telephone and email and interpreting to achieve optimum results for the business and the customer
- Parts Interpreting for Workshop, Retail and Trade customers
- Liaise with our Wholesale Parts department and provide assistance where required.
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records
- Keeping the parts department organised, clean and efficient
- Receiving incoming stock deliveries, checking accuracy and putting away stock correctly.

What we're looking for:

- Experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a trade counter role is an advantage but not required.
- Proficient in using ERP software or a willingness to learn.
- Robust communication & problem-solving skills.
