About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Northmead on a 12-month maternity leave contract, with the potential for extension. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will deliver high-quality service by connecting with our customers, building robust relationships, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver personalised service to our close network of customers
- Answer incoming calls, order entry and amendment processing
- Respond to customer enquiries through multiple communication channels
- Generating customer credit requests
- Participate in technical and product training
- Book and prepare transport documentation and maintenance of runsheets
- Liaise with our warehouse managers to meet our customer requirements
- Assist customers with quotations for product and freight requests
- Actively participate in workplace safety initiatives

About You





- Strong customer service experience in an office environment
- Experience dealing with customer service and sales enquiries
- Experienced in SAP, Salesforce or ability to learn quickly
- Excel in collaborating within a hardworking, fun team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
