Big Brown House in NSW's Hunter Region is seeking a Team Leader to supervise Therapeutic Support Workers and guide therapeutic, person-centred care for children and young people.

You'll manage caseloads, coach staff, coordinate services, participate in case conferences and on-call rosters, and work closely with the Program Manager to ensure delivery, compliance and positive outcomes for families and communities.
